Here’s What You Need to Know

Who’s it for?

FUNdays Club welcomes all children aged 4 to 11 from any school. For insurance reasons, it’s worth noting that we can only accept children who have started full-time in Foundation.

How do payments work?

We accept cash, cheque, BACS transfer and all childcare vouchers for on-going Term Time bookings. If you’d like to pay using childcare vouchers, please contact us directly. If booking for the Holiday Club, we also accept card payments online. A full week’s deposit is required to secure an ongoing booking. Meanwhile, any one-off bookings must be paid in advance with cash or cheque.

How do I book?

It’s easy! No matter what you’re booking for, follow this link to REGISTER ONLINE. After that, there are two options; if you’re booking for the Holiday Club, just click HERE and follow the onscreen instructions.

As for Term Time Club bookings, simply fill in a booking form from our welcome desk at any FUNdays Club venue or download a form HERE. Places are given on a first-come, first-served basis after payment has been received (if you’re booking for Term-Time Clubs, please check availability first).

Clothing

Why is clothing so important? Simple. We want to get as many children active during the holidays as we can. This includes providing High Quality Informal Physical Activity during our Active Play sessions to encourage activity in all the children. It’s why the company began. It’s why FUNdays Holiday Club exists. Some activities also carry regulations with our insurers – it’s a legal thing. Therefore, we ask that children are dressed appropriately for physical activity to avoid disappointment.

Make sure they bring the following items:

  1. PE trainers
  2. PE T-shirts
  3. PE shorts or PE joggers (no denim or slip shoes or sandals please).

Please be aware that without the correct clothing, children will be unable to take part in the full range of activities we offer.
